2013年10月23日星期三下午4点30分，人大附中第十七届团员暨学生代表大会闭幕式暨第三次全体会议如期召开，会上，人大附中第27届学生会、2014届学生理事会正式成立。刘充担任学生会主席。

　　本次团员暨学生代表大会投票折合票数438票，选举产生了17名学生会干部，其中包括主席3人，主席团初中部2人，活动部3人，宣传部3人，秘书处2人，体育部2人，社团联合会2人，另外选举2名学理会总干事包括正总干事，副总干事各1人。当选第27届学生会干部和2014届学生理事会总干事的同学，来自全校所有非毕业年级，全校参与度之高是历年之最。
